01.Scope & Core Philosophy
Play Buddy Games Ltd is dedicated to creating safe, welcoming, and inclusive online communities across all of our titles and services. We believe that competitive intensity and deep simulation mechanics must always coexist with fundamental human respect.
This policy applies universally to every individual who accesses our platforms, regardless of their account status, progression tier, or financial contributions. In-game skill, guild leadership, or seniority never exempts any player from these safety standards.
02.Zero-Tolerance Violations
Play Buddy Games enforces an immediate, permanent global ban with no prior warning for any of the following severe violations across any title or service we own:
- Hate Speech: Any derogatory remarks, slurs, symbols, or organized hatred targeting race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
- Terrorism & Violent Extremism: Promotion, recruitment, celebration, or coordination of terrorist organizations or real-world acts of violent mass harm.
- Suicide & Self-Harm: Encouraging, glorifying, instructing, or inciting self-harm or suicide.
- Real-World Credible Threats: Threatening physical violence, stalking, home invasion, or armed assault against any player, employee, or their families.
03.Child Protection & Exploitation Prevention
The safety of young players is paramount across our company. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or age-inappropriate communications directed at children.
Our infrastructure continuously scans for known media hashes and grooming interaction patterns. Any detected incident triggers immediate account termination, device blacklisting, and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the UK National Crime Agency (NCA).
04.Anti-Harassment, Bullying & Doxxing
No player may engage in targeted harassment, persistent stalking across servers, or coordinated griefing campaigns intended to drive another individual away from our games.
Doxxing Prohibition: Publishing, threatening to publish, or soliciting another person's real-world legal name, residential address, telephone number, workplace, school, IP address, or private photos is strictly prohibited and results in permanent network expulsion.

To protect our players in real time, Play Buddy Games employs a hybrid safety architecture combining automated machine-learning filters with 24/7 human Trust & Safety specialists.
- Automated Natural Language Heuristics: Real-time filtering intercepts explicit harassment, racial slurs, and malicious links before they appear in public chat channels.
- Proximity Voice Telemetry: In multiplayer titles featuring proximity voice, audio buffers are temporarily held in volatile memory to allow players to capture acoustic evidence during incident reporting.
- Server-Side Audits: In-game trade logs, transaction volumes, and player movements are continuously evaluated to identify economic extortion and coercive griefing.

07.Law Enforcement Cooperation Protocol
When criminal activity is identified—including credible threats to life, bomb threats, extortion, or child exploitation—Play Buddy Games preserves all relevant server logs, IP addresses, and account telemetry. We proactively report such incidents to appropriate law enforcement bodies and cooperate fully with lawful subpoenas, court orders, and emergency disclosure requests.

Players who witness violations of this Online Safety Policy are encouraged to submit reports using in-game reporting functions or by contacting our Trust & Safety division directly.
